Speakers at the conference will include Stefan Wallin, Ministry of the Environment, Finland, Harro Pitkänen from the Nordic Investment Bank (NIB), Kornelius Sigmundsson, Icelandic Chairman of the Council of the Baltic Sea States, Peter Gammeltoft, EU Commission, Sergej Olenin, Klaipeda University and Lasse Gustavsson, World Wildlife Fund, WWF.
